After more than 15 years of experience, Marko, a Master of Economics, who advanced through four positions at the renowned Hotel Miramar in Opatija while growing up and studying at university, has also been actively working for many years at DUX Nekretnine d.o.o., a respected real estate agency. Alongside his real estate career, he developed the idea to expand into the hospitality sector by taking select private properties under his management. A simple but ambitious concept: selected properties + high rental standards = Chiara Apartments & Villas.
Since 2018, Chiara has been offering more than 20 properties, categorized with 4 or 5 stars. What sets them apart is that every guest receives personalized treatment. Individual approach, local information, full support, personal check-in, and the highest hygiene standards – are just some of the details they pay special attention to. They work hard to maintain the quality of their service as well as the level of interior design.
