Villa Chiara is our family property located in Icici, a suburb of one of the pearls of the Adriatic – Opatija. Surrounded by olives, laurel and palm trees, the house is situated in a tranquil residential area with lots of sea views. Apartment Vienna is a 4 star apartment 30m2 big with a private bedroom and a separate room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Apartment Vienna is set on the second floor of the Villa Chiara and has a spacious common terrace with sea view overlooking the whole Kvarner bay.
The stay includes access to our private and peaceful pool area where you can enjoy comfortable sunbeds, baldahinis and sitting corners and go for a swim. No noise can be heard except a few birds.
