The Vinistra wine festival is held every year in the city of Poreč with the main purpose of showcasing wines, wine-growing and wine making equipment. Istria Wine & Walk
This is a great event for all wine aficionados wanting to experience something new. The concept of Istria Wine & Walk is simple: you’re given a glass and a trail map to enjoy an invigorating 11-kilometer walk. As you walk along the trail you’ll reach seven stops for refreshment and a table laden with Istrian specialties, food from Istria cities. It is held every year in May.

Days of Žlahtina Wine festival offers wine tasting booths from renowned wineries on Island of Krk. Some of the most renowned wineries of Kvarner region are also featured there, such as Gospoja, Katunar and Šipun wineries.
